Florida Live Classes In the South Tampa Florida area, we offer live classes, teaching the Real Estate 63 hour pre-license agent course, the 72 hour pre-license broker course, the 45 hour post license agent course, the 30 hour post broker management course, and the 30 hour post broker investment course.
Classes are in Ruskin, Florida - about 20 miles south of Tampa, every Monday and Wednesday night from 6pm to 10pm. We recommend taking the time for the 2 nights per week. We have tried the short time courses, but the students don't learn enough to pass their exam or have the confidence to start their work to earn immediately. Agent Associate Pre-License Course The live sales agent associate course is $265. Live Broker course is $423. The 45 hour Sales Asociate post license course is offered weekly and is $175, The 30 hour post broker courses on investment and management are $145.00 each.

Anchor Real Estate School
Our school was started 25 years ago. Dr Barrett was the first instructor. Since then we have expanded to 4 real estate brokerages. We have about 35 agent associates now who work from their homes. They cover Hillsborough, and Tampa Bay. The year 2005 was a busy year for us while Florida homes were selling like hot cakes. 2006 continued sales and the sellers increased. From 2007 to 2010 sales have lagged, and prices have dropped. . But suddenly 2007 brought a different kind of buyer. No longer would the buyer pay the high price. Buyers wanted deals, discounts and rebates. Builders found they had to offer new automobiles, Bermuda ship cruises and trips to Nassau to sell homes. Buyers have now started to look for another reason to buy a new home. Resellers were slow to see the trend and kept their high prices, because, "The Smiths got that price for their home last year and our home is just like theirs". Buyers would not listen. They sought the better deals offered by the builders. Builders were going all out to sell the new homes. Brokers were being offered commissions from 3% to 12% to bring in buyers. Unheard-of commissions. The 12% didn't last long. Soon all the commissions dropped back down to 3%. So we started working very closely with builders. Class Technique
We here at Anchor Real Estate School have friendly classes. Each student meets all the students in the class. Some become study buddies. All are available by phone to ask questions and for clarifications. this is a great way to make contacts and establish friendships in the professions. While we always offer to answer questions from students on the phone, if a student does not understand a part in the course text, most students prefer to call another student. That is okay. Humor drives the class. We like to laugh. I say that no student is ever wrong in class. This is the time to to make mistakes. The only time a student is wrong is on the final exam. But in class we are all learning and to not have the correct answer is okay. When students are not prepared for the class because they didn't have time to do the homework - that is okay too. I took this class years ago and I know what it is to try and keep up with the class. The students soon learn that I am on their side and that I will do everything I can to help them learn and pass the exams.
Did you notice that you may start any day of the week? Yes, that is correct. There is no waiting. You start where we are in the book. You have a live instructor at all times. All chapters are independent, so it does not matter where you start. You will do okay. Everyone else does.There is no waiting. Start this week. While the length of courses are are from 9 days to 6 weeks in duration, you lose no time because it takes the State 6 weeks to process your application. You may as well take the time to learn it well to be assured of passing the State Exam. Our school has about a 98% pass ratio on the State exam. We know of no other school which even comes close.
